Title: Metal/Thymosin β4 complexes in cell development, progression and death
Joanna obtained her PhD in Chemistry at the University of Cagliari, IT working on the small molecules as metal chelating ligands. She gained postdoctoral experience working first on biomedical application of metal chelating molecules as a Fellow at the University of Cagliari, followed by studies of misfolding proteins in human pathologies at the Pathological Anatomy Institute. She was a referent of exploitation of research results, technology transfer and entrepreneurship at University of Cagliari. More recently she transferred to Occupational Medicine Section, where she is working on occupational risks.
